The Four

Creations of Light and Darkness, the Four are the main 'deities' of the Daulka, each representing one of the four main elements: Earth, Water, Wind and Fire.

Clay

The essence of earth, it is Clay that gives shape to all solid things, both living and not.

Tide

The essence of water, Tide is the one that enables living things to move and grow, as well as give the ability to eat and taste.

Gale

The essence of wind. Gale is believed to be responsible for giving the Daulka the power of speech, along with the senses of hearing and smell. It is Gale that aids Tide in bringing rain to the lands beyond the coast of the continent in the form of clouds.

Ember

The essence of fire. Ember is said to be the source of the warmth of ones body, the very spirit/soul of the individual.
