Mender's Hut
In most communities, the Mender's Hut is considered one of the most important buildings in a Grand and thus are located in the central area, usually close to the Resting Hut. A large Grand may have multiple Mender's huts, however, only most central (thus the largest) hut has the room and supplies to perform all duties.
Menders, the medics of the Daulka, and their patients, are the occupants of these buildings. Thus, these huts are divided into multiple rooms: storage, patient rooms and treatment rooms.
Storage Rooms
Contain important supplies for treating patients. Bandages, ointments, tonics, balms, various unmixed herbs and other medicines as well as tools such as Searing Sticks are kept in these rooms.
Patient Rooms
Each mender's hut has multiple patient rooms, but each patient room is only allowed house patients of certain conditions (e.g. those with cold/flu symptoms are kept in a different room from ones with a broken leg) within them and each room contains multiple single occupant beds. Apprentice Menders are tasked with ensuring all bedding is fresh and rooms themselves are kept as clean as possible.
Treatment Room
Usually only one of these per mender's hut and adjacent to at least one storage room. It contains a single raised, flat bed that a patient will lay upon for Menders to perform their treatments. There are also a number of small storage crates that contain supplies commonly needed for such treatments, such as bandages.
