Sergeant Willem Bradford

Bradford is the perfect man for middle-management. He plays by the book without imagination or desire to push or even test boundaries. He is a firm believer in order. As an SCO at Shorebend Correctional Facility, Bradford does his job well and takes care of those in his charge in a dispassionate but generally competent fashion. The problem is, without the ability or will to adapt to the unexpected, he has no real leadership capabilities.

All of Bradford's shortcomings haven't dampened his ambitions. He has dreams of one day being in charge of the entire prison complex. He firmly believes that if he maintains order and follows the rules to the letter, he will attract the notice of his superiors and earn his ticket to the top.
