Bracht - a gambling game of dice
The dice game known as Bracht:
The house has a set of 5 dice (standard D6) and they roll any number of them. Then the player places their bet if they think they can beat that number and on how many dice they think the need to do it. They get extra if they use less dice, evens if they use the same amount of dice, but slightly less winnings if they use more dice. For example the house rolls 3 dice, gets a 2, a 5 and a 1, making 8 in total. The player then places their stake then places more if they want, then chooses how many dice they wish to use, if they choose to roll 2 dice and get a 4 and a 5, that makes 9 which beats the house roll plus they get a bonus because they used less dice.
