The Olicanan Guard
Created from the best of the Somnium Reach PDF, the Olicanan Guard are named after the hive from which they originated. The Olicanan Guard is primarily made up of artillery regiments, though it is aided by a small collection of armoured regiments.
The history of the Olicanan Guard is primarily in aiding other, more direct regiments in their activities. Their favour of long ranged artillery doesn't dismiss the training granted to them on their homeworld, which also makes them capable infantrymen if necessary.
Since the wars end, the occupying regiments have reclaimed a portion of Olicana to assist in the cities defence.
Most Olicanan Guard squads are trained to be attached to another military unit, these squads commonly set up ahead of the battle, fortifying themselves and bombarding the battlefield before the group they are attached to is sent in to attack while providing covering fire and continuing to barrage any threat too large for their allies to handle.
The Olicanan Guard also supports a small armoured regiment primarily made up of Basilisks, these heavy duty artillery tanks are used to backup larger assaults, or to aid in long term entrenched battles. Currently, these armoured squads are garrisoned within Olicana directly in order to stop any new incoming threats.

Homecoming
With the war on their homeworld drawing to crescendo, the Olicanan Guard returned to aid in the reclamation of their home planet. Their return is seen to be one of the critical lynchpins in the wars end and their efforts continue to cull the orks from their planet.Since the wars end, the occupying regiments have reclaimed a portion of Olicana to assist in the cities defence.
