Magician

A more modern profession, Magicians are descendent from the Hermetic traditions.

More restrained than the traditional Wizard, magicians most often have a mix of illusions and evocations within their repertoire, though almost always less flashy than what a wizard might call upon. Good for dealing with goons in an alley, not as suited for fighting against armies.

They are also more flexible, with their abilities more easily at hand. Very little of what they do would need a lab or ritual, simply a few ingredients to be gathered and sourced.
