After just getting out of prison after serving 8 years on a voluntary manslaughter rap, Jimmy O'Conner is hell bent on getting up and out and will do anything to accomplish this. He wants to expand from simple hijacking into more lucrative and stable rackets and as part of this has recently become a silent partner of Maple & Ash. His ambition is so strong it could cause friction with his relationship with Paulie if the mobster doesn't support his aspirations.
