Description

Curly is a bloated, disheveled figure who reeks of sweat, cigars, and cheap perfume. His clothes are always wrinkled, shirt untucked, food stains down his front. His thinning hair is slicked back like he still thinks he’s charming, and he laughs like a busted engine. He rarely leaves the back room of The VIP Room unless it’s for vice—women, cards, or revenge. Though he looks like a joke, no one laughs near Curly twice.

Lewd, petty, and cruel—but canny. Curly’s mind is still sharp when it comes to power. He’s lazy, letting others run his streets, but he controls his lieutenants like a puppeteer. Loyalty means everything to him—but his definition of it changes whenever it suits him.
