Mindscape

The Mindscape is different from the other fields. Every creature with some intelligence or a soul has its own mindscape. Very unintelligent creatures like some oozes have very small mindscapes which makes it hard to use some enchantment magic on them. Each creature with a mindscape is a source of a mind field which extends from them and weakens. By interacting with this field other creatures can communicate with the target or use the connection to control or mislead them. Enchantment magic solely interacts with the mindscape and many illusion spells interact with the mindscape to create sound or smell.
When creatures sleep they enter their own mindscape and can interact and control it to some extend others can try to enter you dreams or your mindscape but they leave their physical bodies behind. Some learn to astral project which transports their mindscape to places outside of their body. This allows them to see locations but it also opens them up to attacks from which they can't defend themselves. This shows a key difference between the mindscape and other planes of existence the mindscape is not given structure by the Etherial Plane and as such can not be physically visited.
Due to the strange nature of the mindscape it has no real elemental lords or ladies as in the sense of rulers of planes of existence. If that definition was used for the mindscape every living creature would be a lord or lady of the mindscape. The mindscape does not interact with any of the other planes of existence. Only via the soul can it be connected to other elements.

Temperament. As a psionic(psychic) genasi you are often caught in your own imagination. If someone physically close to you experiences heavy emotions you often feel them yourself sharing in their grief or joy. All psionic genasi have more control over their own minds which allows them to lucid dream and remember all their dreams with clarity.
Appearance. Psionic genasi are the most normal looking of all the genasi. Some say psionic genasi have slightly larger heads and brains but this might just be a preconception. The only way their strange nature reveals themselves when they don't use their abilities is when they look at you or are actively focused on you. Then you can feel the weight of their attention even if you are not looking at them.
Guarded Mind. You have resistance to psychic damage.
Detect Intelligence. You are naturally perceptive for other creatures mindscapes. As a bonus action on your turn you can make an intelligence check to perceive creatures with an Intelligence score of 4 or higher within 60 feet of you. You know the location of a number of creatures equal to your check-10(minimum of 0).
Call the Mind. You know the Friends or Message cantrip, requiring no material components, the Message cantrip can be used on creatures that have the telepathy trait without it needing to know any of your languages. Once you reach 3rd level, you can cast the Detect Thoughts spell once with this trait as a 2nd-level spell, requiring no material components, and you regain the ability to cast it this way when you finish a long rest. Constitution is your spellcasting ability for these spells.
Empathic Instinct. Your psychic abilities allow you to more easily read people. You gain proficiency in the insight(wisdom) skill. 

Languages. There is no real dialect for mindscape elementals and genasi as most mindscape elementals can communicate telepathically. And psionic genasi with the message cantrip can also communicate with these elementals but not always with all other psionic genasi. Because of this as a psionic genasi you can choose to forgo learning primordial in favor of another language. Likely the one of your parent race if you are non human.
