Luricks Night

Luricks night is a holiday of the Elevasi religion. It's a night of change, mirrors and keeping check of your pockets. It happens twice a year on the New Ternion. It is in honor of Fynear/Raenyf as it is believed that Fynear goes to the three moons and steals them from the other gods. Then in the distraction the people on Daovis feast and honor Fynear/Raenyf in varies ways.

Common Activities

Games are a big part of Luricks night. Magicians perform their trickery and games are played where the objective is to trick your way to victory.

Promise Ritual

People make promises under the new moons by saying:
"Under Calas I say ..."
They make a promise that will last until Calas is new again.

Fortune Telling

Inner Reflection. A form of fortune telling where the use of a obsidian mirror is used to read the persons personality and what they need in life.
Aimury Planning. A form of fortune telling to predict the course of a goal or heist. Using three coins.

Food/Drinks

Packets: Puff pastries with different fillings.
Drinks: "Giant juice"(Green), "Dragon Tear"(Clear with silver swirls), "I don't know the name but you will have to pee"(Blue).

Mask Salesmen 

Many sell mirror masks before the festival a half elf named Sylsys sells some of the best.

Components and tools

Participants of Luricks night wear masks made of mirrors or other reflecting material. This is a symbol often used by thief's and other worshipers of Fynear/Raenyf. Other clothes are darkly colored to match with the night.

Observance

The celebrations start on the night of a New Ternion. Participants gather to watch the last slivers of Haiphas disappear. At that point it is said that Fynear has successfully stolen all the moons and celebrations may begin.
