This odd group of rather rude, small, gnome-like folk are home only to Mount Ultima. Likely some variety of Nocker with no court alignment, little more can be learned about this community as they are not very willing to share.

Dietary Needs and Habits
Elfs eat primarily sugar rich foods, mostly candy, to keep them fat and warm in their cold climates.
Behaviour
Agressive and greedy. They are hostile in most cases to all non-elfs.
