County Enth becomes Enth Province

Political event

The last Count Enth dies. Enthmere has long been the haunt of brigands, robbers and thieves, few others willing to brave the cursed city of the Red Death. Queen Morgause formally renames the County as Enth Province, and puts a provincial council in place to run it made up of guild heads, minor nobles and mages.
