Palmbar Colonies
The scooped bay & off shore island of Palmbar create a small tropical enclave, in which a series of resort-like villages and towns have grown. The centre of these is called Palmbar Colonies, and has a high proportion of the very rich.
The weather is almost uniformly warm and mild, with refreshing sea breezes.
