Osivia Empire

Osivia Empire is an empire in the kingdom of Eathlain. It is the oldest empire in the world. It is also the wealthiest empire and has the 2nd biggest army. The Osivia Empire was the first empire to practice democracy, electing a king rather than simply having a king based on his birthright. Since elves live for a long time, the kings of the Osivia Empire can only rule for 200 years. The king during The Dragon War and The Corrupt War is King Mordin LIghtspell.
