At this time with the prohibition of all non divine magic the sole idea of create life with magic, of the monstrous living armors that onces serve as servants or warriors this is proposterous and a cause of death
 The item remains in the basement of the great Sun seeds. temple in Exor

Mechanics & Inner Workings

The item is an ancient artifact of great magic
Even the elven or human great wizard of the era couldn't discern all the attibutes of this item
They figure it out a way to create runes within the object, with some magical divinations, studies and trails. 
They need clay, titure, a pice of papirus with a "magical word" written, wather with some herbs they discover too that the object can "read" intention: vengance, love, humility, war, protection, healing and so on;this was another ingredient for the runes.
The final ingredient was fire and time cause the ingredients need to boil until only the new created rune remains
Only one rune can be created each time and the lenght of the proccess dependes on the ingredients, moreover the intention.

History

The cauldron was discovered by miners buried: a "small" cauldron with a heart inscribed in one side make with a heavy metal no miner can identify and totaly pristine no mark of time or damage
The object was lended to an elven shcool of magic for study, some years later they figure it out a way to create runes within the cauldron for some purpose; the fists ones as protection or endurance, similar as the cauldron itself; but then another more magical effect was discovered: the objects can be animated if the "intention" is given during the concoction of the rune

Significance

When a civil magical war erupts between some elven schools of magic; the cauldron, the runes (hearts) and a new metal alloy named "living metal" appears in scene and created some animated armors Tholheiu to balance the scales in favor of a particular house, the one with gnome and dwarven links contrary to others more "pures" 
Then the process to create this golems was forbidden knowing the implications a real army would do; the cauldron was secured by the great school of magic in the capital city of the elven empire with some of the tholheiu as servant once the magic directives where changed
