Harpies

These flying creatures are feared across the outskirts of the Emprie for their aggressive behaviour and fierce aerial tactics.
Found mostly in the western hills of the Thousand-Mile Steppe and the Talus ranges along the south of the Nissien Coast, harpy families attack farmsteads or undefended travellers, carrying them off the edge of the tall cliffs near their nests and letting gravity do their dirtywork.
