Eldath
Queen of Peace
Queen-Goddess of Peace, wife to Pholtus and Mother of Arawai, Habbakuk, Moradin, and Rao.
In the start of creation, Pholtus (who was young then) came to Eldath and asked for her hand in marriage. She refused him, as he'd done nothing yet in creation and she found him lacking. He asked her again nine times while Primordial Chaos still swirled, and each time she said no. He asked her what he must do to win her as his wife, and she told him he must tame Chaos so there would be Peace for her to see over. Pholtus took his blade and vowed to vanquish his foe, Sashelas, and win her favor. They battled for twelve days, until Pholtus was able to pull Sashelas from the Primordial Sea and strike him dead. He dove back down into the depths of chaos, and pulled forth the mortal world from its silt. Once the world had settled, he returned to Eldath, who wed him the next day.
The new divine couple soon begat children. Arawai first, then Habbakuk, Moradin, and lastly Rao. Their children set out to aid their parents in perfecting Order and Peace, aiding the mortals, guiding the animals, and building a true home for all the divine. Rao, youngest of Eldath's, is her favorite. She told Rao that a time will come when Peace is destroyed, and that time will be her death. When it is eventually rebuilt, Rao will inherit her title and the Peace.
