Mirt's Mansion
Home of Mirt The Moneylender, it is located in the Castle Ward of Waterdeep, but it often mistaken for being in the Docks Ward. While an impressive structure (at one time), it has fallen into general disrepair. It is unclear why Mirt, with all of his wealth, does not keep the place to a higher standard.
