Adelaja is at the forefront of ogranizing the Highriders to unite. He was invovled with the revolt on O'Neil One, and some thought he would stay to lead the colony. However, he moved on. Adeleja is travelling throughout the system meeting with other Highrider leaders, families and tribes. He speaks with them about the possible one Highrider nation, where all have a voice. His mission has made him a target of ESA, but Adelaja has been able to avoid capture or worse.
Opinions of Adelaja vary amongst the Highriders. Some view him as a uniter of the people, others think he should be more violent towards the oppressors, while others see him as a threat to their own interests/power within the Highrider communities. ESA and the other orbital factions view him as a terrorist that needs to be stopped. This corporate propaganda is a contradiction to his message of denouncing terrorist attacks against civilians and innocents.

- Adel fought side by side with Omotunde Boutroux during the revolt. His relationship with her is still close and the share similar goals for the Highriders. They differ on a few key plans for uniting the Highriders, but this isn't antagonistic.
