The Oh-Daddy-Oh! Club

In what is left of the upper floors of the old West Church steeple Mr. Whiskas, a middle aged Maine Coon, and real cool cat, runs the Oh-Daddy-Oh! Club a strictly feline only gathering place.
Mr. Whiskas gets his catnip and cream from The Boss of the Water Street Gang.
The Boss can be found here several nights out of the week along with his constant shadow Mr. Scratch. He frequents the joint and helps see that Mr. Whiskas gets what he needs to keep the place going because he has a well known crush on the Oh-Daddy-Oh!'s lead singing star JiJi.
JiJi is a lovely and talented young Turkish Angora, who is generally regarded as one of the most mysterious and beautiful cats in all of New Jerusalem. She is the only Turkish Angora currently in North America, how she got here and why she speaks with a decidedly Russian accent are matters that she keeps to herself.
For her part JiJi doesn't acknowledge that The Boss is even alive, a situation that is starting to concern Mr. Whiskas. He likes operating the Oh-Daddy-Oh! but if push comes to shove he will side with his singer, who he treats like a daughter, despite any pressures The Boss might bring to bear.
