Water Street Gang

The Water Street Gang is a small criminal enterprise organized in the summer of 1954 by The Boss, a highly intelligent, scheming tuxedo cat with criminal ambitions. The Boss put together his small cadre by first recruiting the twin Rottweiler brothers Ike and Mike (Mr. Eisenhower and Mr. Michaels) then adding his long-time personal consigliere Scratch, a tough as nails older grey Tabby.
The gang has started up extensive extortion and strong arm schemes on dogs and cats throughout the south end of Downtown, and The Boss' plans call for eventually controlling the whole of Water Street and thus the entire southern part of New Jerusalem north of the river.
The Boss is an educated, well spoken, and clever business cat whose ambitions far exceed his small size. Though it may only be a local myth there are whispers on the street that The Boss has contacts with certain Boston cats and dogs (The Catsellano Crime Family) involved in similar activities that he can call on for aid if needed.
