Telepurr

Description

Telepurrs use their telepathic and teleportation abilities to coordinate as a pack. Although they are often seen individually, other members of the pack are usually nearby, keeping tabs on each other through telepathy while they go about their own business. Psykits that are part of the pack will receive more close attention, probably because their telepathy is less developed. In a man made environment, Telepurrs will demonstrate a habit of teleporting objects off shelves and tables simply to watch them fall to the ground.

Combat

An encounter with Telepurrs may begin with just one or two of them in battle, only for their numbers to swell as nearby pack members teleport in to assist. Pack members will coordinate movements to gain attack bonuses whenever possible, and use their mobility powers to escape when engaged in melee. A Telepurr prefers to fight from a distance, but if their mana reserves are too exhausted to teleport, they can fall back on melee attacks instead.

• This cryture can Concentrate to teleport other beings a number of spaces equal to its speed if it succeeds at an Intellect check with a difficulty equal to the target's Sense + Agility.
