Pilthur "God of Pilfering" (PILL-THUR)

Pilthur, the wayward god of Burgling and Banter, is the creator of nothing and the unlawful taker of all things. Pilthur favors subterfuge over brutality, but does not frown on acts of violence when in pursuit of desired goals. He teaches dishonesty and deceit towards all those who do not follow his path. Though Pilthur suggests an honor code exist between his followers- only occasionally does he punish those who fail to follow it. Evil aligned thieves, cutthroats, pirates and bandits often pray to Pilthur in hopes to earn his favor.   Pilthur is often depicted as a dark haired humanoid of various races and multiple genders.

Pilthur's Crooked Book is a religious text that can give anyone who faithfully reads it all the skills of a rogue with 60% to split on the skills given. Rogues faithfully who read this book get to add 60% to there existing skills. The book is commonly found in blackmarkets and the underdark.  

The Pilferer's Tax.

  Pilthur demands his followers pay him tribute with unholy taxation. 10% of all coins or value of spoils must be destroyed or forever lost in the name of Pilthur. Many choose to burn, shatter or smash pilfered spoils or choose to throw it overboard into the sea. Followers who refuse this task are at risk of falling into the hands of law or unluckiness.
