Faxwell Heveypenny is a wealthy aristocrat that lives in the lumber town of Vaneesh where he is known as a respected businessman and political figure. Most of his fortune has been made off his large lumber operation that he runs off the eastern side of the city "Heveypenny Lumber". He also sits on many city councils, helping direct the city in matters of finance and funding.
Faxwell exists in the upper crust of local society. His has a taste for luxury and power- and in all ways displays himself as professional. He is a very large man known for his love of fine food, fine drink and fine clothes. He is always seen dressed in the fashions of the best designers and personal tailors tailors. Faxwell is much heavier than most humans and walks with a cain with some labored breath. His large hands are always adorned with multiple expensive rings.

Faxwell is a very large man. His size often intimidates others, and he uses this characteristic often in casual interactions. Due to his size -and age- he relies on the use of a silver cain that aids him in walking. He is easily put out of breath and labored by the smallest forms of exertion.

Well known in higher society, Faxwell enjoys public outings at the finest establishments with the wealthiest people of his area. He is a family man with a wife and two sons. The Faxwell family has been friendly with government and business for three generations, and as such- enjoy the perks of upper-crust life in Vaneesh

The players have personal information leading them to believe Faxwell is part of The Silver Hand. operating in Vaneesh. They know he is at least guilty of kidnapping and blackmailing others. He has been seen commanding a large group of silver hooded men while being carried in a fabulous silver and red carriage. He also secretly gave info to the players that lead to raiding a drug (slowkane) operation (Whitedust Ranch).
