Anthony 'Candy Man' Todd

Todd, a powerful drug dealer in the town of Vaneesh , was suspected of working with the organization known as the Masters of Hor'ror  to bring a magic-infused, demonic substance called Slokain to various towns and cities. It is unclear if Todd was actually a member of the Hor'rorians or simply a servant of the wicked Damalah Gorpleez , but due to Todd's connection to the Hor'rorian heritage and history, it is believed that he was an official Hor'rorian Master. In Session 4: The Magic Gazebo -or- Heroes vs Hororians , Todd was defeated and arrested by the Legends of New Light. He is currently being held in the state-of-the-art prison known as the Gleeri Hole, specifically designed to contain magically dangerous things and people.
