The History of Crimson Heroes FR so far

The Netheril Empire: Once a powerful and advanced civilization, the Netheril were known for their incredible mastery of magic. Their floating cities and formidable arcane knowledge were the envy of the world. However, their relentless pursuit of power led to their downfall, leaving behind ruins filled with dangerous magic and lost knowledge.
Dwarven Kingdoms: The mountains and hills were once home to thriving dwarven kingdoms. Renowned for their craftsmanship and mining, these ancient dwarves left behind extensive underground cities and tunnels, filled with both treasures and perils.
Elven Realms: Ages ago, vast elven realms stretched across forests and meadows. Their connection to nature and magic was profound, leaving a legacy of mystical sites and enchanted ruins that still hold ancient secrets and magic.

Current Species & Cultures

Humans: The most populous and politically dominant, humans have established several city-states and kingdoms along the Sword Coast. Their history is one of rapid expansion and cultural diversity.
Dwarves: Known for their craftsmanship, dwarves predominantly dwell in mountain fortresses, maintaining their ancestral traditions and skills in smithing and stonecraft.
Elves and Half-Elves: Elves, both in secluded forest communities and integrated within other societies, are revered for their ancient culture and magical affinity. Half-elves, often bridging the gap between human and elven societies, bring a blend of both cultures.
Halflings and Gnomes: These smaller folk often live in peaceful, rural communities or as integrated minorities in larger cities, known for their cheerfulness and ingenuity.

Needs & Relations

Humans: Need secure trade routes and political stability. They view other races with a mix of curiosity and opportunism, often seeking alliances for mutual benefit.
Dwarves: Seek to protect their ancient traditions and crafts, often needing raw materials from outside their realms. They generally view outsiders with caution but respect those who honor their traditions.
Elves and Half-Elves: Elves need to preserve their ancient heritage and natural environments. They are often wary of outsiders but can form deep bonds with those who respect their traditions. Half-elves strive for acceptance and understanding between different cultures.
Halflings and Gnomes: Require peaceful coexistence and opportunities for trade. They are generally open and friendly towards other races, often acting as mediators and traders.
