Raiding the Second Inquisition Facility - Completed

The FBI Compound is located to the very North of the city, resting right between US-101 and the edge of the forest tree line. The Facility was built over what was once farmland, and it makes good use of the cleared line of sight in nearly every direction. Anyone who would approach the facility would be faced with the imposing, seamless, concrete walls, topped with barbed wire and spikes. Guard Towers breach above the tops of the overbearing concrete walls with dark tinted windows which look out in seemingly every direction. (Similar to the Panopticon). Although it is impossible to see into the Guard Towers themselves, you can make out the silhouettes of large spotlights attached to the exterior of the towers. Bright lighting can be seen emanating from within the boundaries of the cement walls, having no way to escape but up into the night sky. The only ways in or out of the imposing structure are through the 2 tunnels with massive gates, one of which leads out towards US-101 and the other out towards the tree line. Anyone who would manage to breach beyond the imposing steel and cement perimeter wall, they would be met by another secondary perimeter which has been established via an electrical fence, topped with barbed wire. The bright flood lights which line the interior of the cement wall illuminate the entirety of the complex. The deeper into the facility a person walks, the more imposing the sensation of being watched crushes down upon them. Looking beyond the interior perimeter fence, and beyond the courtyards filled with a mixture of gardens and recreational equipment, a brand-new multi-story mansion comes into view.
