The final First Age incarnation of Bophu, Rong Hua was a powerful and wily member of the Waning Moon Caste. No secret or treasure was safe from her, if she chose to acquire it.
She was a close friend of Thousand Eyes Together as One. Rong Hua taught Qian Yihua, Thousand-and-One Petals lessons the girl's parents may have preferred she not learned.
