There is magic
The magic is associated with the Alchemical Elements or the Alchemical Demons. It can be harnessed in your waking moments.
The gods and goddesses do walk the earth, although their power has weakened tremendiously.
Cosmology
The Nightmares created the world being its first and only creatures to walk. They were given names based on what they gifted the inhabitants, humans and -non-humans. Most don't know this but then again, you're not most people.
Principal Geography & Features
The world is bio-diverse with seasons based upon each of the 12 monthly moons. It has two vast oceans, which depths are still unexplored. It is seperated by the three vast eco-scapes, Forest, Winter Wasteland, and Busling City. While each of the eco-scapes are different they have the same technological advancements.
Initial Active Setting
Craven mainly journeys through the continent Throzin, an larger sized landmass with icy peaks and seasons based on the moon. While Craven does explore some part of the Outer Wilds, it is still mostly unexplored and left for the demons to rule.
