Vizier Tessix

While the Emperor was officially in charge, Tessix was the real power in the Empire. She acted with the absolute power of the imperial throne to manage the Empire's affairs, and even with the Empire crumbling around her, she still wields a lot of political power.
Next to the other Emperor's Viziers, she seems to be only a modest talent when it comes to magic. She is known to use potent divination magics to spy and deliver messages instantly across the vast Empire and beyond.
She resides at Clay Hill Manor, a wealthy estate guarded by foreign soldiers of fortune.
Vizier Tessix surrendered to townsfolk from Northam and a loose coalition of adventurers. She was banished from the Lake Province for 20 years and all her assets and holdings were seized. Clay Hill Manor was looted and burned to the ground. Tessix' library is now housed in the Northam Temple.
She hasn't been seen since.
