The Emperor's Viziers

Vizier Vexus is a devoted necromancer. He delights in making those who displease him into undead. When he runs out of victims, he comes up with new ways to be displeased so he can justify killing more townsfolk for his depraved experiments. Vexus has been spotted in Starkov a few times since the Emperor died, but not recently.


Vizier Morl is an artist and artisan with a love of constructs. He was an accomplished mason before he learned the arcane arts, and his works are often as beautiful as they are terrifying. Morl was killed, and then his soul was trapped in a great construct of his own design, which was then destroyed.


Vizier Reshah is a master of the mind. No one knows anything about who Reshah was prior to becoming one of the Viziers. It is rumored that they erased all knowledge of their existence from every person they ever met. Reshah hasn't been seen or heard from since the Emperor's death.

Vizier Varla was the epitome of the war wizard. Her spells brought fiery doom to battlefields across the continent. She was with Zymond and Sallus on the day of the catastrophe and is presumed dead.


Vizier Sallus was a shaper and creator of life. He managed to twist this noble pursuit into the darkest of arts, and is responsible for a number of nightmare-inducing terrors that have shambled out of the woods over the years. He hasn't been seen since the blast on the lake and is presumed dead.

Vizier Tessix is a minor talent among wizards, but her managerial savvy kept the Empire running while her dark master was busy with his experiments. She uses advanced divination magics to keep tabs on every corner of the kingdom. She was exiled from the Lake Province. Weeks later, her hacked-up body was discovered on the southbound road.
