Oliver Okude (a.k.a. Ollie)

Oliver Okade grew up a poor kid in The Stacks to two working parents with four siblings. At a very young age he proved a mechanical genius, helping support the family as a handyman in the Stacks, repairing TVs and ACs. When his mother was killed in an industrial accident due to lack of safety and his father drowned his grief in a bottle, Oliver was force to step up his game. He formed a gang of street thugs and started hijacking parts shipments from the rails and reselling them on the black market.
Some of his gang got into heavier stuff: weapons and drugs. After a number them were killed in a crossfire between The Trust and the Yellowjackets , Okade realized that he wasn't doing enough. He dug deep into his stash of parts, constructing modular powered armor to keep the peace in the Stacks.
Robomb can attach and detach parts to effectively change shape and move through the city. He is a technologically boosted free runner, able to slip into the sewers or run the rails, climb walls and jump roofs. He has caches of parts disguised all over the city so he can bulk up for battle, and sheds them to self destruct for a quick escape.
Okade's success as Robomb eventually drew a following, some from his former gang. Those he deemed worthy are granted their own robosuit, and act as part of the vigilante police of the Stacks. As team they call themselves Block City Beaters.
