Busephalus gained amazing power from his friend, Paladin and now serves as his trusty mount and sidekick.
Physical Description
General Physical Condition
Standing a little over 6' tall and weighing in at almost 1800 lbs, he has a powerful and imposing frame. Busephalus is a rare breed of warhorse, trained for mounted combat, his posture is majestic and his movements graceful. He has a beautiful white coat of fur, that Richie keeps meticulously groomed, and a long mane of the same pure, white color. His tail long and straight, as Richie grooms it in a natural style.
Facial Features
Busephalus has a big personality, and a very expressive face. His eyes are bright blue and capable of radiating warmth towards his friends, or focused rage towards his enemies.
Special abilities
As Pegasus, he can summon barding made from the same cosmic energy used by Paladin. The barding grants him super strength and speed, and near invulnerability. The barding also has giant, techno feathered wings which allow him to fly at incredible speeds. The cosmic barding has the same purple and pink coloring as Paladin's armor, and is also transparent.

Personal history
Buchephalus was part of a breeding program to create jousting horses for the Covenant royal families of the Rustbucket. He was one of the best attempts at recreating a destrier, also known as a charger, the most coveted species of warhorse for a knight. Buchephalus was badly injured early in his training, suffering multiple breaks in his right hind leg. Even injured, the rarity of the breed allowed the program to turn a profit selling him to Darius Fitz, owner of Brokenhollow Stables.
Fitz brought in his young stablehand, Paladin, to care for Busephalus and help train him. The boy and horse quickly developed a bond. Richie found himself spending more and more of his free time at the stables. One afternoon, while fantasizing about riding Busephalus into battle, he accidentally shared some of his power with the horse.
