Personal history

Captain in the Terminal City Security Forces. Was first seen observing on the deck of the downed assault dirigible in CD #9, and owes his life to Paladin. He takes this life debt very seriously.

Winston achieved the rank of Captain after a long and distinguished career. He started as a patroman, and quickly shot up the ranks after solving a series of murders in the Stacks.

Failures & Embarrassments

Winston was busted down to Lt and reassigned to South Transfer for derrilection of duty when he allowed the Cognitive Dissidents to take the black box from the dirigible, which was never returned.

Mental Trauma

Winston's wife left him when he transferred out of the city. He does not blame her, South Transfer is a miserable place.
