Whitney Beam (a.k.a. Blip)

Blip is a teleporting teenager who works for the Trust. She wears a black and white striped jumpsuit and induces extreme vertigo when she teleports. She is a trained martial artist and mocks people as she tosses them about.
Blip was once a independant catburglar, but her success attracted the attention of The Trust. She started as an errand girl for them and eventually graduated to their premier enforcer team, The Brute Squad.
During a battle with the Cognitive Dissidents (back in CD Issue 3!) her powers were bound by Siren's magic. She fled the scene, and it is unknown if her teleportation powers returned.

Able to teleport herself. She can carry an unknown number of people with her when she does this, and can cause extreme vertigo to her passengers. The distance she is able to teleport is unknown.
