Blades can use low level telekinesis to tear apart small objects and telekinetically fling the shards at high speeds at opponents. He has been know to break things into dust to blind his opponents and shred things in mid air to defend himself. While his abilities can be used to throw small things, he can shred inanimate larger objects into small enough pieces to throw.

Blades was a small time hoodlum when his Metapowers emerged. He had a penchant for throwing knives as a terror tactic when robbing folks in back alleys. He was quickly picked up by The Trust as a soldier with promises of riches.
