Furrowed Brow

Well used inn in a center location, its Owner Jacobi in in debt to the Top Dog syndicate. Ellie had befriended the owner and helped him pay off his debt to the syndicate tho they still harassed and frequented the mans business. After getting into an altercation with Top Dog's men inside the bar alongside Ellie and Illiana the man left to get help but was captured by the Dogmen.
It is now run by former top dog gang member Sven, who holds the loyalist faction of top dogs men in Stonehall together.  Sven lost control of the speakeasy base after the Long watch raids and has moved his operations here.
