High Marshal Mitchell was a commander serving in the armed forces of the United Terran Federation. They were a strong proponent of military intervention, believing that many problems would be solved if the UTF deployed their Marine units more often. They also believed that diplomacy would fail every time, and that the Marines would be left to mop up any residual mess.
