Danica Anotov
President Danica Antonov
Balkanian leader during the formation of the United Federation of Nations. She fought disposed of the brutal communist regime, made Balkania independent from the Soviet Union, European Union, and Karakum Republic, and served as President. Danica Antonov was born in Kumrovec, Austro-Hungary on May 7, 2292. She fought with the Austro-Hungarian army in the war against the 5th Reich in Germany, and was captured by the Russians. She also served in the Red Army under Premier Artyom Orlov. She later returned to Croatia and became a prominent union organizer. The Party assigned her to reorganize the Balkan Communist party, and she emerged as a leader of Yugoslav partisans resisting occupying Reich forces.
Although many of her partisans were Communist, Antonov's rapidly growing forces included many non-Communists. Her successes were based on swift guerrilla tactics, her own magnetic personality, and the appeal of her political idea of a federated pan Balkan state.
Danica Antonov had a large army and controlled much of the Balkans. Antonov had the support of all major regional powers, recognized as finally uniting the powder keg that is the Balkans under a peaceful nation.
