"I don't need to know the details," she said still looking at the note. "I just need you to to replace the ink with fire. Who knew the daily tax report would be the death of the ambassador."
Requirements
Each culture has unique requirements novices must generally meet before being taught. Typically, this is being literate in the language that is being written in.
