History
In the Year of the Ageless One, 1479 DR, Vainrence served as the second-in-command of the War Wizards of Cormyr, holding the title of Lord Warder. During this time, he and Royal Mage Ganrahast Aeiulvana were imprisoned in magical stasis by a servant of Manshoon within a crypt beneath the Royal Palace in Suzail. They were later rescued by the legendary mage Elminster and the shade of Vangerdahast.
Following their rescue, Vainrence, alongside Glathra Barcantle, conducted explorations of the crypt to uncover its secrets and assess any lingering threats.
