Captain Hizir

Samsa hasn't been able to tell you much about Hizir, as he didn't often associate with the Ma Malakat Aymanukum that the Marara had taken. She knows that he is a Draconite, and is a devout follower of the Executioner, a cold and strict form of The Lady of Tears. While she doesn't know the exact mission that Hizir is carrying out, she does know that the ships and sites targeted by the Marara always had something to do with lost technology - so the attack on the Yara wasn't by accident.
Captain Hizir uses a custom suit of power armor, and a pair of Mag Pistols of Draconite manufacture.
