Unfortunately for Baphomet, though, he was not the only Demon Lord who saw an opportunity in Lloth's abandoned domain. Yeenoghu was also attempting to conquer this layer, and war erupted. While Baphomet's forces were far more powerful than Yeenoghu's individually, Yeenoghu's forces were nigh infinite, far outnumbering Baphomet's legions. Baphomet was forced to leave and return to the Endless Maze, but he did not leave empty handed. He now had an undying hatred for Yeenoghu. Within the Endless Maze, he created new and more powerful demons to bolster his army for another push into the now-named Death Dells.
Although, this was cut short by Gromph Baerne, when he, with the help of Lloth, compleated a ritual that brought the Demon Lords to Corian. Baphomet, along with a chunk of the Endless Maze, was brought to the Underdark, immediately next to Yeenoghu, and their fued reignited, having their children rip each other's apart.
