Description

An ancient spell that takes the classic spell Resonate and brings it to its highest level, this spell was designed for the exclusive, mythological High Council of the high humans, who were said to have only ever numbered 10 at a time, and controlled the empire from the shadows. No spell is as capable of bending cities to the caster’s will, nor traveling as far or wide, nor as powerful as this one, and it stands at the pinnacle of control when it comes to high human ruins. However, perhaps as a side effect, or perhaps as a window into the twisted mindset of those in the council, this spell sadly does little in the way of fine control of the various high human ruins dotting the world.   Designed and built strictly for Macro-level control, this spell fails miserably at controlling doors or golems, as it is designed to control the city itself, and even multiple cities at a time, rouse entire ruins, dungeons, or the like to action rather than controlling the smaller parts. The perfect spell for those who care little of the small picture, and seek only to control the big picture, ignoring all else….and it is a seldom few ruins that are capable of ignoring the authority granted by this spell when it issues its orders. Some ruins might only open up when faced with such mighty authority…   There is no spellcraft check for this spell, as it was designed as a ‘master keycard’.
