Engervar

While Arboris may boast the largest population of dwarves in the Union, Engervar is truly a "city of dwarves" in every sense. Smaller than Arboris, but carved almost entirely into the Hallensteir Mountains, it is a marvel to behold for any outsiders who have never seen what a modern dwarven city looks like.
