History
It was a family of exiles who lived on their swamps, but they were lucky enough that aliens from Second Galactic Empire have landed on their swamp and were eager to communicate.
The guests were ecstatic when they tried the Shrakhella Spice, but they couldn't fool the family into giving it away for free. One of the Alex's ancestors went with them in order to assess prices at nearby planets and only after that agreed to trade.
