The Kidnapping of Jorben Ringusbill

Jorben Ringusbill is Kidnapped by the Witches of the Black Pool.

On the 11th of Goodharvest the Council of Frostbound went into the wild in search of the source of a curse that afflicted a sickly elk that attacked a local farmer. Traveling for a few miles the council found what used to be an outpost for the Drathzari tribal Elves, now overrun with Troglodytes and enslaved Elves afflicted with the curse. After a scuffle with the afflicted the council rescued a unit of Drathzari Scouts. From here they began to make their way to the temple that the curse is supposed to be sourced from before encountering a massive ravine cutting through the landscape. While crossing a rickety rope bridge a massive Ankheg began crawling out of the pit to attack the council and a troop of soldiers from the city of Kohrn. After defeating the creature the council headed further into the forest to continue looking for the temple, stopping to make camp in the treeline. While camping the players were attacked by 3 wicked elven women, warped by dark magic. During the battle, Jorben Ringusbill was captured by the women using vials of that same black water that was cursing those in the area.
