Councilman Urvon Hesilosh, The QueenSlayer
Urvon Hesilosh is a Vedalken Ranger from the nearby planet of Vedal. When they were young their spacecraft crash landed on Collatus where the current-day Faezress Tear stands. After their childhood camp was attacked, Urvon and their childhood sweetheart Ulk'katon began wandering to find a place and after much trial, found Frostbound. Urvon's special abilities led them to be one of the town's high council members.
