Councilman Ferrum Stella Rex

Ferrum Rex is a human Artificer and one of the Council members of Frostbound's High Council. Ferrum came to Collatus from Arcavios to spread knowledge of the arcane arts to the magically primitive world. After arriving in Collatus, Ferrum landed in Kohrn where he set decided to start by encouraging magic amongst the city's populace. Ferrum came into Frostbound to be an ambassador for Kohrn's former government. After the death of Reagent Callous and Kuma Ursa taking his leave of the council, it only seemed rational for Ferrum to join the ranks of Frostbound's Council permanently.
