The newly appointed Dominus (Governor) of the World of Imphalas and is currently in Duskhaven whilst he is traveling to his new position. He replaces the incompetent Turengezi Mebaleko. He is extremely charismatic, and jovial. One of his favourite pacifying tactics is to set lose a cruel underling on the populace, to carry out mass executions, then come in to punish that underling, apologizing to that suffering populace, thus getting them to support him as a "kind and honest" man.
